Kirin Holdings Co, one of Japan’s largest brewing companies, is considering entering the Burmese beer market, according to a report by the Yomiuri Shimbun. Kirin Holdings is reportedly considering selling its Ichiban Shibori brand in Burma with the help of San Miguel, a Filipino brewery in which it has a 48 percent stake.
