An Indonesian man suspected of planning a foiled bomb plot on the Burma Embassy in Jakarta in May has claimed innocence in the case, the Jakarta Post reports. Sigit Indrajit told a Jakarta court that he was unaware of the plot. “My friend only told me to buy an alarm clock so I did, because in this world, we should not ask too many questions,” he said. Sigit, an Islamic State of Indonesia member, along with five other suspects, named Rokhadi, Saiful, Syafi’i, Mambo and Ovhie, allegedly planned the bomb plot in order to avenge the attacks on Rohingya Muslims in western Burma.
