A bus accident in the Thai province of Tak killed three Burmese workers and injured 57 others on Tuesday night, the Bangkok Post reports. The bus overturned in Muang district while taking a sharp turn on its way to Bangkok from the border district of Mae Sot, police said. The workers hired the bus to transport them from Mae Sot to the Thai capital following Buddhist New Year festivities last week. The injured were taken to Taksin Maharaj Hospital in Muang district. Police are still investigating the accident’s cause.
