An Indonesian man has admitted to plotting to bomb the Burmese Embassy in Jakarta, the Wall Street Journal reports. Separiano, 29, who told a court in Jakarta on Monday that he built a bomb using a low explosive in order to avoid killing people, is the first of six suspects to confess in a plot Indonesian police say was meant as a reprisal for violence committed by Buddhists against Muslims in Burma, the Journal said. It said Separiano, who faces the death penalty for the charge of terrorism, was arrested with another suspect on May 2 carrying a pipe bomb.
