China has said it opposes the release of a World Trade Organization (WTO) report on its curbs on rare earths exports following news accounts that it rejects Beijing’s policy as a trade violation. The Commerce Ministry said on Friday the report is not a final ruling and that leaks would violate the trade body’s rules.
