The body of a Burmese national was discovered on Thursday in the Malaysian state of Penang after he was allegedly killed by roommates, the Malaysian daily The Star reports. Thang Shing Ling, 26, was found dead in a container at a scrapyard in the state capital George Town, police said. They added that the victim had apparently been stabbed to death after an argument with two other men, known only as Joe and Mai, also in their 20s. The incident occurred just two days after the victim, who held an identity card issued by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, started work at the site.
