Japan Reiterates Concerns Over Disputed Islands to China's Foreign Minister

Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato said Wednesday he has reiterated concerns over Chinese coast guard ships sailing near the disputed Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea in a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Kato said at a press conference he asked for China to take “positive action” regarding the Japan-administered uninhabited islets, which Beijing claims and calls Diaoyu.
