HONG KONG—Hong Kong reported 67 new coronavirus cases Thursday, the highest daily record since the outbreak emerged in January, according to health officials.

All but four cases were locally transmitted, and 35 have no known sources of infection, said Chuang Shuk-kwan, head of the Communicable Disease Branch of the Center for Health Protection.
