Taiwan's Top Military Official Missing After Helicopter Accident

TAIPEI—Taiwan’s chief of general staff is missing after a military helicopter he was on with 12 others was forced to make an emergency landing in a mountainous area in New Taipei City early Thursday morning, the Defense Ministry said.
The top military official, Shen Yi-ming, is one of three people still missing among the 13 on board the helicopter, the ministry said.
