National League for Democracy (NLD) leader Aung San Suu Kyi will address a rally in Irrawaddy Division’s Maubin Township on Saturday, where she will once again call for amendments to Burma’s 2008 Constitution, Eleven Media reports. “The talk will be held at the University near the Maubin-Pyapon highway… She wants to keep her promise as she said she will visit here. We are preparing to welcome her,” Maubin Township MP Sein Win said. The NLD and the 88 Generation activist announced earlier this week that will start a nationwide campaign, which includes speeches and petitioning activities, to call for reforms to the military-drafted charter.
