A new domestic airline will take to the skies this month, with Mann Yadanarpon planning to launch its first flight on Feb. 27, Xinhua reports, citing airline sources. The airline will initially offer commercial flights to Rangoon, Mandalay, Nyaung U, Heho, Kengtung, Tachiliek and Myitkyina. The Mandalay-based carrier will be Burma’s eighth domestic airline. It will offer chartered flights to additional locations both domestic and regional, and has plans to expand its domestic commercial routes in future.
