JAKARTA—Indonesia began its coronavirus vaccination drive on Wednesday, with President Joko Widodo receiving his first shot of a Chinese-produced vaccine.
The vaccination drive commenced as Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi paid a two-day visit to the country from Tuesday, during which he promoted his country’s vaccine diplomacy.
