The All Burma Students’ Democratic Front (ABSDF) will release a report in December on a 1992 massacre in the Parjau region of Kachin State, Mizzima reported on Tuesday. The ABSDF’s vice chairman, Myo Win, said that 70 of some 100 students involved in the massacre remain unaccounted for after the ABSDF members in question were accused of spying for the government and executed. “We will apologize to the family members of the victims. They can also take legal actions if they choose to,” Myo Win was quoted as saying last week at a press conference.
